Application Deadlines and Procedures for Students Applying From a Partner Institution

Fall Term/ Whole Academic Year

• Apr 1st, Nominations by partner universities.
• Apr 15th, Submission of application materials by students through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• May 1st, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be sent to the advisers of the students for distribution.

Summer Term

• Feb 1st, Nominations by partner universities.
• Feb 15th, Submission of application materials by students through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• March 1st, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be sent to the advisers of the students for distribution.

Application Deadlines and Procedures for Direct-Enroll Students

Fall Term/ Whole Academic Year

• Apr 1st, Students send inquiries to Global College and only by receiving confirmations of their direct-enroll opportunities from Global College they may continue with their applications.
• Apr 15th, Submission of application materials through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• May 1st, Admission decisions made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be issued and sent to the students.

Summer Term

• Feb 1st, Students send inquiries to the Global College and only by receiving confirmations of their direct-enroll opportunities from the Global College they may continue with their applications.
• Feb 15th, Submission of application materials through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• March 1st, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be issued and sent to the students.
