Application Deadlines and Procedures for Students Applying From a Partner Institution

Fall Term/ Whole Academic Year

• Apr 1st, Nominations by partner universities.
• Apr 15th, Submission of application materials by students through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• Before June 30th, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be sent to the advisers of the students for distribution.

Summer Term

• Feb 15th, Nominations by partner universities.
• Feb 20th, Submission of application materials by students through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• Before April 1st, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be sent to the advisers of the students for distribution.

Application Deadlines and Procedures for Direct-Enroll Students

Fall Term/ Whole Academic Year

• Apr 1st, Students send inquiries to Global College and only by receiving confirmations of their direct-enroll opportunities from Global College they may continue with their applications.
• Apr 15th, Submission of application materials through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• Before June 30th, Admission decisions made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be issued and sent to the students.

Summer Term

• Feb 1st, Students send inquiries to the Global College and only by receiving confirmations of their direct-enroll opportunities from the Global College they may continue with their applications.
• Feb 20th, Submission of application materials through the SJTU Online Application portal.
• Before April 1st, Admission decision made by Global College. The admission and visa documents will be issued and sent to the students.

• Copy of passport
• Passport photo
• TOEFL/IELTS test results if English is not the student’s first language
