Abstract

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry, Power Battery Pack Assembly (PBPA) is shifting toward flexible, high-mix, and customized manufacturing, which requires robots to possess semantic understanding, safe motion planning, and compliant interaction capabilities. To address the limitations of rule-based automation, this dissertation proposes a proactive intelligence-driven robot manipulation framework integrating cognition, planning, and execution. A VLM-based multi-agent framework is developed to connect high-level semantic instructions with physical manipulation actions and enable zero-shot generalization across diverse tools and tasks. A safety-enhanced hybrid motion planning method combining geometric reasoning, reinforcement learning, and Bayesian optimization is proposed to efficiently generate collision-free trajectories under dynamic constraints. In addition, a hybrid interaction control framework is established for human–robot collaborative transportation of deformable objects, improving stability, compliance, and comfort through reinforcement learning, admittance control, and multimodal force/tactile sensing. Overall, this work enables robots to evolve from passive execution to proactive adaptation and provides theoretical and technical support for intelligent robotic systems in next-generation power battery manufacturing.
