On June 28, the Joint Institute received a wonderful gift from Mr. Jackson Lum (林積順) and his wife, Muriel Lum (趙妙霞), who have donated $1,000,000 to the University of Michigan and established the Jackson and Muriel Lum Endowed Scholarship Fund.
Mr.Yu expressed his earnest hope for our students to study hard and revive China’s manufacturing industry which is lagging behind other countries in core technology.
